1. To have a perfect health day you MUSTN'T leap out of bed. Your
joints swell at night so you are vulnerable to injury. Stretch out first.
2 You SHOULD have a shower rather than a bath; the jets of water boost energy.
3 You MUST have breakfast. Studies have shown it is the most important meal of the day. Without it you make more mistakes and work more slowly and less creatively.
4. Repeat an affirmation to yourself, such as 'It's a good day for me' every morning. Whatever phrase you choose, it HAS TO be in the present tense to make it more powerful.
5. You SHOULDN'T watch much TV. An evening in front of the TV allows your brain to be passive and reduces your cognitive skills.
6. You OUGHT TO eat your evening meal at least three hours before going to bed. That way, you can digest the food properly.
7. You NEED TO sleep at least eight hours a night. Surveys show that two-thirds of people don't get enough sleep.
