If the world would have no rules, there would constantly be chaos everywhere. Every person would do whatever they would want to and so, the world would get worse by the minute.
I think rules are very important in a society. They keep people from doing certain things that they only want to do because of their bad habits.
Of course, there is an amount of freedom that everyone should have, but not enough for them to be able to make the world a worse place than it already is.
Sometimes, rules can be a little unfair or confusing.
