- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

- 2 eggs
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained

Instructions:

5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture, alternating with the crushed pineapple, until well combined.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
8. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
9. Optionally, you can frost the cake with cream cheese frosting or dust it with powdered sugar before serving.
